They are an performance and visual artist work through multi-mediums - text, space, movement, sound, gathering, improvisational and workshop. (un)Rooted in different community-based experiences, they seek inter-relational queerness and belonging in theirs constant changing and migration journey.
Their body becomes the only container.
Their practice is shaped by a layered life experience: growing up as a left-behind child, lived in an immigrant city, raised in a matriarchal household, surrounded by local spicy food and dialect; researching Javanese dance gestures in Indonesia; engaging with contact improvisation communities; working with migrant worker art NGOs in Shenzhen; performing in physical theatre; and arriving in the collective-based HKU MAFA program in the Netherlands. have also become part of the embodied archive they draw from—using the body as a medium to connect with others.
